Our developments have created a safer working environment for users; reducing bacterial attack, skin sensitivity, mist, smoke and fumes. Our coolants are classified into water dilutable metal cutting fluids and neat cutting oils, and there are high technology cutting fluids for every machining application and material.


WATER DILUTABLE METALWORKING FLUIDS


Our EMULCUT and ISOPAL series can provide long-term stable, emulsifiable, versatile metal cutting coolants with excellent anti-corrosion properties and high performance. Depending on the product selected, they are suitable for conventional machining, grinding and heavy duty operations. High ester oil content metal cutting fluids are suitable for aluminum alloys, steel, cast iron, titanium alloys and other hardly cutting metals to get excellent surface quality and tool life.

Long-term stable, mineral oil-free, water-soluble multi-purpose metal working fluid, used for ferrous metals and some non-ferrous metals conventional machining and grinding process.

NEAT CUTTING OILS



Our honing and grinding oils SUPERFIN and ISOCUT combine low-viscosity base oils with selected performance additives to achieve superior wetting, rinsing and cooling performance. Excellent filtration and flushing performance,with excellent surface quality and the ability to handle high cutting loads.

Our ISOCUT products offer deep hole drilling, broaching, cutting, machining oils. The range has a variety of formulations to meet customer’s specific requirements for viscosity, additive content, filterability, flash point and yellow metal sensitivity.

All products have high additive content and use highly refined base oils to achieve good component surface finish and long cutter life. We also offer a range of versatile oils and high-performance cutting oils for routine machining.

In addition, we can offer the latest GTL (natural gas synthetic oil) technology in many applications.

Our SUPERFIN honing oil range is suitable for diamond, corundum, CBN and other honing tools for steel, cast iron (malleable cast iron), non-ferrous and light metals, and chrome-plated surfaces processing. Available in a variety of viscosities,formula with reduced honing debris, excellent filtration, anti-aging and reduced oil mist. These oils can be used with sulfur deactivators and cobalt inhibitors.
