Fire Resistant Hydraulic Fluids

Hydraulic oils are commonly made of combustible mineral oils. In areas with a high risk of fire or explosion, mineral or hydraulic oils represent a significant safety hazard. Consequently, PETROFER has a full range of fire-resistant hydraulic fluids and fire-retardant hydraulic fluids of various viscosities. These products have been continually improved over the past 50 years, resulting in PETROFER being a market leader in this technology. Accordingly, our modern fire-resistant fluids and fire retardant hydraulic fluids do not only fulfill the primary task of pressure transmission; furthermore, they have the highest standard of fire prevention, anti-wear properties, corrosion inhibition and long term resistance against microbial attack. HFA Hydraulic Fluids

The water content of HFA hydraulic fluid is at least 95%, which has good fire resistance. May be sensitive to frost. Products must be used in accordance with prescribed concentrations and water quality must be carefully monitored.

HFC Hydraulic Fluids

HFC hydraulic fluid has good wear resistance and extreme pressure property, and the water content is higher than 35%.

HFC		Water glycol fire resistance hydraulic fluid.	The ULTRA-SAFE 100 series also offer other grades products. HFC-E series of water glycol fire resistance liquid has better wear resistance and extreme pressure property because the low water content is about 20% and contains special additives.

HFD Hydraulic Fluids

Flame retardant technology of HFD hydraulic fluid is a grade of HFD and has similar characteristics to traditional hydraulic fluids, but with higher flash points and spontaneous combustion temperatures.
